I am Timothy Mpofu (b. 2000), known professionally as Bezalel, a self-taught South African contemporary artist based in London and currently pursuing an MFA in Fine Art at Goldsmiths, University of London (Class of 2027). I’m an artist interested in how visual culture constructs the body and the gaze, examining the structures that shape visibility, desire, and self-presentation today.
